This is a personalized name sign made from an authentic Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Head Lid.

About 22 inches in diameter these are carved with a router, seal coated with spar urethane and hand painted by me.

These are made from oak wood. The individual pieces have been glued together and a backing board is added to improve stability.

Remember, these are made from recycled barrels that actually went through the bourbon aging process. What does this mean? Each and every top is unique, no two are exactly the same. There may well be some gaps between some of the boards, this is what makes these so special!

These are heavy duty - not the quarter inch birch plywood!
